An updated classic
Bought these for my mother-in-law as she has always loved old-school Tupperware and feels like nothing else works just like the old kind. Happen to find these on Amazon and they work just like her other Tupperware. She has not stopped raving about this gift since we got it for her! The colors are so cute and more modern. Great Storage Bowls for the frig, adds a pop of color
I love the seals on these. You have to press in the center with your palm or elbow to snap them tightly shut. Lift on the edge to release. Theyâre scratch resistant and are dishwasher safe. Theyâre my go to for salads, sides and fruit.

Great Stuff!!
I had forgotten how good this stuff was: grew up in SoCal with many mothers hosting Tupperware parties. We kids enjoyed the refreshments and running around, our mothers got a little tipsy on Martinis and chatted. The design is so much better than anything else, the lids especially so: push a button and it seals. I wish someone would update the base material, hard to believe it’s the same old 60’s plastic. It does stain with some foods and spices, but it’s just a minor cosmetic issue.

Finally received my bowls
Update after seven months:I love these bowls! They are my most often used ones and I don’t know how I managed without them. They still look new after many washes in the top rack of the dishwasher. The lids still seal perfectly by pressing down on the center. The set includes a size for most any use.(I don’t heat things in any kind of plastic, and these are not microwave safe. Use glass for that.)Original review:I love the vintage look and pastel colors of these bowls. I’m not sure they’re exactly like the old ones but I think I’ll enjoy using them. The starburst lids seal by pressing down on the center, not around the edges. The leaflet that was enclosed said if a lid doesn’t seal exactly right, soak it in very hot water for 10 minutes and then put it on the bowl by pressing the center and then let it cool. This worked great. Out of the box all sealed well except the largest one, but it now seals correctly. Please note these are NOT microwave safe.On my first two orders of the bowl set I received canister sets which had incorrect stickers on them, which I returned. I then tried ordering a canister set, and voila, I received my bowl set! LOL (The code stickers were mistakenly switched on the bowls and canisters; no telling how many. See other reviews.)I have tried to tell amazon about this problem and hope they get it fixed so people receive the correct item they ordered. I’m just glad I finally got my bowl set. I’m pleased with them so far. The largest bowl says Made in USA on the bottom so presumably that means the whole set is.

They Still Make Tupperware?
Yes, Tupperware is still being made, and it is very nice. My mother had Tupperware items when I was a kid, and Iâve had a few. My daughter-in-law wanted some for Christmas. I looked online and found these. I bought them for her, as well as a few items for myself. She loves these and said they were exactly what she wanted. The quality is outstanding. Iâm glad Tupperware is still available.

Oh my god amazing buy them
I recently started meal prepping, and also pre-chopping all my produce and storing them properly so they last waaaaay longer and I quickly realized, oh no, I need a lot more Tupperware. Iâve been using the glass ones with the four locking tabs, and those are great but these? Oh man I love these so much. I love that thereâs a whole collection so I can get the other sizes and the pitcher soon too. I got the big set of these, and what you see in the pictures isnât even all of them lol thereâs SO MANY. While I was looking for Tupperware sets in various brands on Amazon I just didnât know if I could truly trust any. Then I saw these. I immediately knew theyâd be good, I grew up with these. And the LIDS? The lids oh my god the lids. I love the style, so darn cute but also, you can just press the center and they truly do snap all the way on. Allllll the way on. Now I see why people sell used Tupperware at vendor markets. Iâm hooked.Pros: everythingCons: youâll need to reorganize a cabinet to fit them all but then youâll look in said cabinet and bask in the glory so is this even a con?PLEASE bring back the bright and deep oranges and yellows and greens!!!!

Gorgeous colors, but white lids may discolor
This set is fantastic. The colors are so great! Plenty of sizes for everything youâd want to store, and they are durable! They seal perfectly (you have to push down in the center)!!My only qualm with this set is the white lids and the rusty/pink spotted discoloration. Multiple other folks have written about this in their reviews and thought it was from food, however, something is off with the plastic formula, and some lids develop random pinkish colored stains on both sides, even without coming into direct contact with food.The lids are made from low density polyethylene (LDPE, #4). I did some research, and this âpinkingâ is a well known problem in some polyethylene plastics. It is reversible by exposing the plastic to UV light, either from the sun or from a UV lamp. The time is dependent on how strong the UV is. I left one of my lids outside for a couple of hours in the bright sun, and the discoloration disappeared completely. However, long term UV exposure will eventually degrade the plastic, so this isnât a complete solution.This issue is disappointing because I expected the Tupperware level of quality I was used to in the past, especially at the price point of the set (much more than most plastic wares).

First, so pretty! Second, the flatter lids and the shape stack so much better in the fridge. Third, the sizes are a great variety. From lunch box snacks to thanksgiving leftovers. Definitely glad I bought them. Much easier to close these airtight than the newer style.
