    Quality cookware
After researching stainless cookware and reading many reviews, I decided to order this product which was within my price range. It is a heavy duty, quality made product. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. I had never cooked with stainless, so there is a learning curve (don’t use stainless utensils related to scratching, and heat frypan before adding food). Cookware cleans up easily using Bar Keepers Friend. I would recommend this product.

Solid Purchase but Requires Care and Respect
Although few in numbers, you will see some bad reviews. These are mostly reviews of the people who do not know how to care for their cookware. If you follow these simple care rules, this will be one of the best purchases you have ever made.To avoid sticking issues you need to heat your pan and add the oil layer. You also need to allow the oil to heat up. Do not allow overheating. After placing the food, you need to let it cook some time before you can start moving it inside the pan. Otherwise it may stick as well.Do not allow your cookware to go through sudden temperature changes. After cooking, allow it cool down slowly. Do not quench it with water or even set it on a cold surface. After it is cooled, add some water to the pot or the pan and let it sit with the water for a few hours. Then, it can be cleaned really easily. Do not use the dishwasher, wash them by hand with the green side of the sponge. This should be sufficient. Do not use steel wool or anything that is too abrasive. Resist the urge to use hard tools to clean it. Be patient and let the water do its magic. If you scratch your cookware, the food will start sticking to it.These are high quality wares that will last for years, if you care for them properly.

    Great Quality pans!
I purchased these after being so tired of replacing my non-stick pans. I was hesitant to purchase stainless steel because I thought there would be a huge learning curve to make them non-stick, but it really hasn’t been hard! They cook everything fantastically and cook as evenly as much cast iron. I think they will last for years and they clean very easily as well. We use barkeepers to keep them shiny if there was ever any stain. Overall, fantastic pans!

    Perfect set
Made the switch from non-stick ceramic to these and the overall performance and function is top notch. Weight is very manageable and they look great.Water spots are unfortunately very hard to avoid, and we have seen some of the rainbow markings in them. These clean easily with some extra elbow grease and some bar keepers friend. The other reviews are right, these are not the most stacking friendly. But work just fine in our cabinetOverall we LOVE!

These are made in Brazil …
Beautiful product. I never thought I’d be excited over pots and pans but here I am! I’ve only used the skillets so far and they cooked evenly and quickly. Remember to preheat pan and cook on medium – low since these are stainless steel. If you’re looking for quality cookware at a fair price, this is it. I did a lot of research!!

    Beautiful! Glad I ordered!
I was replacing 40+ year old Farberware pots and pans, and had always planned on all-clad or made in brands. I looked up these Brazilian made pots, and when put on sale, grabbed a set. The arrived perfectly packed, in beautiful condition. Their shine, heft, and lid fit, are phenomenal! Every aspect of workmanship on these pots and pans, is top drawer! I immediately made Philly cheese steak sandwiches on butter crusted buns, and an au jus sauce in the smaller fry pan. Following the “cook only on low to med heat” admonition, allowed me to cook the entire dish in one pan on a 1.5 heat setting on my cook top! Clean-up was Soooo… EZ! A little Dawn on a wet, cotton cloth, cleaned it effortlessly, and I shined with a dry cotton towel. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SET!!!

Stainless INSIDE The Pot Chipped, Seriously?!
Wish I had a way to take a picture and show it (I do not own a camera nor cell phone), I’m VERY disappointed now. Tiny marks appeared in the bottom of my 3 quart saucepan, didn’t think anything of it at first. Put salt in a stainless pot before it is completely heated, and a tiny mark or two might show up. But they are only marks, and do not hurt the functionality nor safety of the pot. Salt marks was what I thought until I washed my saucepan (by hand, as always), and was then drying it… I could feel that mark, which with a magnifier, I realized was a tiny pit in the stainless – the metal had “chipped”/”pitted”, and I only use nylon and plastic-type utensils to cook with but am left with a useless pot!Below is how I originally wrote my review for this cookware. I’m now torn between whether to even continue using the remaining pieces, or purchasing an entirely different brand and set. :(~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~Yep, the box and the set are marked Made In Brazil, but there is an error, somewhere, as the “5 Qt Covered Deep Sauté Pan” I received in my 12 piece set is actually a 6 quart, just sayin not complainin. Been using my new cookware for almost a week now, several pieces every day. All those “rainbow marks” and such that stainless will get when you cook? A small bit of Bar Keepers Friend, and they’re gone. But I don’t need BKF often, as I wash by hand and the set cleans up very nicely. For those who know how to cook with stainless, this set performs as it should, it’s fabulous! The pieces do have some weight to them, as they should since this is higher quality cookware. I haven’t needed mitts for the pot handles, but the lid handles generally do need protected fingers to manage them (that means, yes, the lid handles usually become too warm to comfortably hold on to). I’m very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend!

We had Lagostino pots and pans for the last 30 yrs and they held up well. However the time had come to replace them. This new set of pots and pans are top quality in material and design. Cooking with them is easy as is the clean up of them. Well worth the cost.

Just received the 12 piece set and LOVE it! The finish, feel and weight of them is amazing and better than I expected. I have only used two pieces so far – made scrambled eggs in the frying pan and nothing stuck and was a breeze to clean. This set IS made in Brazil and says so on the bottom of each pan. Highly recommend this set – can’t wait to use the rest of them!
