I followed the instructions to the letter on seasoning the pan, which did seem odd, since it’s not cast iron but it’s been great. Great sear. Easy to clean. Definitely worth the money! Also I am digging the large size. I have all sons and they EAT! So I need larger portions. Works perfectly for my family

I bought this pan because itâs ceramic and BIG. I cook for a big family and my other ceramic pans just wereât big enough. This pan was hard to find because of its size, but it is not too big to work on a standard stove top, which is important. This pan is high quality and has a robust commercial feel. It can be used on stove top and on the oven. I am very pleased with it and itâs very reasonably priced.
