Good quality pot
I’ve ownd the 16 qt for years and recently bought the 24 qt. They are both great quality heavy bottomed pots. I use them for canning tomatoes, make large batches of soup and stock/bone broth in them. I’ve never had anything scorch in them. I also use them for water bath canning on a glass top stove with no problems.

You won’t be dissapointed
I have two Tramotina 22-quart stock pots that I have used for a good while now when I do my canning. I require a large pot for making my chicken and dumplingsâyeah, I make them for my whole family. I needed a smaller pot for making my soups. My local Walmart, where I purchased the 22-quart pots, had nothing smaller in the Tramotina line. This cookware is probably some of the best on the market. This is coming from a user of Prudential Ware, which I have had and still use for 50 years. You must consider cookware an investment, and the Tramotina line fits the bill. This pot is perfect for my burgoo, roast beef, and all the soups and sauces I prepare. Love it!

Quick, even heating and easy cleanup
I bought this pot to use for hot water bath canning. It does the job beautifully, heating quickly and evenly, and is easy to clean up afterward, even when there’s been some siphoning during processing.

BEWARE!! The pot bottom is thick and heavy, but sides will develop pin hole leaks
Bought a new 16 quart professional one from a store. Loved its performance for normal household use.It developed a pinhole leak a few months ago. Then 2 more pinholes developed on the sides.Asked the company, about their lifetime warranty. Said warranty did not cover wear and tear of it being used.So warranty means nothing, as they donât stand behind their product. So beware on purchasing this product line
