I chose Tramotina as I had purchased a large pot years ago. I knew the quality of the product. Plus, the price was in the range I wanted to spend. Tramontina has not let me down. The roasting pan is heavy stainless steel, yet easy to lift. Well made and I highly recommend.

Perfect roasting pan
This is the perfect size pan for everyday meals. I will never cook my chicken in any other pan! After removing the chicken I made gravy right in the pan. It cleaned up beautifully as well. I am impressed. It handles like a top shelf pan. Do not hesitate to buy this!

Great product
We were in search of a new Turkey roaster this Thanksgiving and settled on this one. It was a bit pricier than some but we felt it was worth the extra money. We typically cook our turkey on the grill (essentially using the grill as an oven ). We were so pleased with the quality of the pan. It is heavy stainless and did not have “hot spots”. The rack easily held our not quite 20 lb turkey. It also comes with a flat rack that can be used when roasting other food. The pan is deep (about 6″). I am very pleased with the purchase and the function based on first use.

Great pan but had a small dent by handle
I like this pan for the money. Itâs not as heavy as some of the more expensive brands, specifically one that starts with an âAâ, but it will definitely do the job. The size is perfect for extra large roasts or even two pork shoulder roasts when we make kahlua pork. The two racks are very sturdy and are wonderful additions to the pan. One customer added that it isnât great for stovetop gravy but I make mine in a saucepan so no worries there for me. However, It did come with a small dent in the lip under one of the handles. Itâs hardly noticeable and I doubt it will affect the wear as there isnât a seam there, but itâs still a dent. I would have returned it if it was a gift for someone else. Tramontina really should do a little better quality control. Still, a great pan for the money and I am sure it will last for years to come.

This might be the last roaster I buy. Ever.
Ordered this just in time for Thanksgiving and a 21 pound bird. The cook on the bird was excellent with no problems I could attribute to the pan. The rack was very sturdy and did not flex a bit under the weight of the turkey. It made it easy to transfer the bird in and out with confidence. I have a large oven, but I could see how smaller ovens could have size issues with regards to width and depth. Clean up was a breeze. Despite a solid amount of charred goods at the bottom, it cleaned up quickly with warm soap and water as good as new. The last roaster I had was a Kitchen Aid with a non-stick surface. That lasted about 5 years until the non-stick finish began flaking up into the drippings (ruining was would have been excellent gravy). No such issues with this pan. This might be the last roaster I buy. Ever.

Well Designed, High Quality Stainless Steel Pan
I am delighted with the TramontinaI stainless steel roaster. I bought this pan so I could roast a large turkey for Christmas dinner. I ended up putting in 2 twelve lb. birds sidewise. The Tramontina pan is large, heavy and solidly built. I wanted stainless steel racks (not teflon ones) to roast meat. Both racks are strong and easy to clean. The pan is well balanced and the handles are positioned just right to securely lift over 20 lbs. of turkey out of the oven. I also wanted a large pan to roast vegetables. This pan is heavy on the bottom and distributes the heat beautifully so all the vegetables roasted perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

Have maybe used it 20 times now, it has not warped, it’s not discolored. It would be nicer if the bottom was thicker but that’s my personal preference.People when you clean pans after it cools, you put some dish soap in then fill it up with water, let the soap mix in the water, then you let it sit for a few hours or all night. Soap will do its job then you just lightly scrub.I bought it a few days before the price drop, i paid 140 errr 3 stars. I should have returned it and ordered another but eh…
