Large interior space
This is a large capacity microwave oven. Plenty of room inside for large dishes. Runs very quietly and seems to heat quite quickly. we have had to back down the cooking time for several items that we use quite often. The controls are not particularly user friendly and somewhat difficult to use. The touch pad is not very sensitive and sometimes requires more than one push to activate a function. The user button to change from the auto timer is very small and difficult to use but it works. The same goes for the power level button. The procedure to use the power level button requires that you change from the auto cook timer to the manual timer and then attempt to hit the power level button to change it. Overall it works reasonably well and eventually we will get used to the touch pad. Will I buy another one?? Probably not.

We bought this microwave to replace a microwave we had and used for over 20 years. This looked nice , is right size, we liked features, and good price. At first, this looked very good and I would have given it a good review.First issue is the user manual makes no sense whatsoever. We know how to use a microwave but the manual is clearly written by someone who ahs little to no command of English. It also mentions presets like “S1” but does not explain what they do and how to enter them, so problem #1 – Manual is useless.Problem #2 is far worse. We discovered that the control panel is very small and dim… no back light and almost no contrast. I had no problems with the old microwave but the control panel on this oven is nearly impossible to read even with a light on and reading glasses. Makes using the oven cumbersome and often having to stop it because wrong time controls are entered.Problem #3 is worst yet. We have only had the oven a few months and the control panel is deteriorating… the covering is puckering and blistering up and becoming even more unreadable.I know the return period is up so we cannot send this back, but we need to look into the warranty. One way or another this thing has to go… to Goodwill or the trash..Update – I contacted Toshiba regards the 1 year warranty with the control panel bubbling up and blistering… After a week, have had no reply. Buyer Beware. I will never buy this brand again. This oven is only 4 months old and already needs to be replaced.Another Update – After no reply from Toshiba I contacted Amazon who called Toshiba. They requested documentation, serial number, photos, etc. Here is the update summary:Purchased this Toshiba Microwave Jan 5, 2022 ($170). Beyond return time but still under mfg warranty. The control panel is bubbling and cracking and getting less responsive to touch. Extremely hard to read. Have contacted the mfg regards the warranty and given them all the info requested (serial number, photos, etc). They promised to review the case and get back. Been over 6 weeks since I provided them with info and have not heard back. Emailed a few days ago asking for an update and have had no reply from them at all.Contacted Amazon again and Amazon has provided a solution not involving Toshhiba. The takeaway: This unit is inferior from the get go and the Toshiba warranty is useless.

El horno es en el contador al nivel de la cintura. No puedo ver las etiquetas de los botones. Son casi del mismo color como el fondo. Amazon negó esta calificación en inglés.
