Oh YEAH!
I was bummed when I first switched to induction because my biggest stock pot is too big, therefor effectively useless. Although the base is still too big, my inner components (steamer, etc.) will fit in this unit so I get a win-win out of this one. Well worth 25 bucks!

Poor quality
Food would get stuck or burn to the bottom no matter the temp you cook on. Quality was poor for the price. Size and looks were good as well as the thickness of the pot.

Nice looking pot, but…
The appearance of this pot is nice, however, I placed a magnet against it and the magnet only stuck to the outside bottom of the pot, and not very strong at that. I stuck the same magnet to a stainless steel appliance and it attached strongly to it. This means that the pot has very little stainless steel in it, more likely polished aluminum, so acidic foods should not be cooked in it. Also, this pot is very generic…there is no stamp on the bottom and was packaged in a plain cardboard box. I have not cooked in it so cannot comment on that.

It’s pretty, but I have several outstanding questions about the construction
This pot looks great, it’s very pretty. It’s a light to medium gauge metal, but the handles are thick and the lid is nice. It’s a nice versatile size.Overall it’s surprisingly light weight, and the bottom especially is surprisingly thin. There are two concerns when it comes to stainless. The first is, what kind of stainless is used? 18/0 is preferred, meaning it has zero nickel. This doesn’t say, which probably means it’s 18/8 or 18/10 (8% or 10% nickel). I’m not a fan of this.Second, stainless pots almost always have an aluminum core. But you don’t want aluminum touching your food because it can be toxic. So the question is, how thick is the layer of stainless? In this case, again, it’s unknown. They don’t provide much information on the construction method, but you can tell just by touching it that the layers are very thin. If someone scratches the wall of this with a fork or metal spatula, will it expose aluminum? It makes me uncomfortable.
