Excellent quality. The locking mechanism is a bit stiff at first, but it becomes easier to use (lock/unlock) over time. They are top-shelf dishwasher safe and I’ve had no issues. Not a hint of rust at all! The rubber tip on the locking mechanism makes it easy to grip and, it too, is not affected by the dishwasher (top shelf).I’m very pleased and they’re just as good or better than the name brand ones that they are replacing in my kitchen (ie: kitchenaid and oxo) which lasted a long time, but nothing lasts forever. I’m happy to be able to replace two items for less than the price of one name-brand item. These definitely appear to be a good value in that regard.

As carnivores in my boyfriendâs apartment we are making steaks damn near every day and normal tongs just donât do it specially with a fatty ribeye. These have been a whole new ballgame for us absolutely love them

You get two sizes of metal tongs (9″ and 12″) for serving food, cooking, grilling–whatever you may need something like this for. The quality isn’t first-rate–the metal is light and on the thin side but at $12.99 for the set of two this is a pretty solid bargain.Final Verdict: If you have the money I would recommend spending more on tongs made of heavier metal–they give you a better grip, feel more substantial, and will probably last longer. These tongs from Balamno fall squarely in the good value category rather than premium quality.

Loving these on the grill.
I’ve been using these on my grill for a bit now and I quite like them. The quick open/close locking mechanism is nice. The rubber grips are comfortable. They are quite easy to clean as well.I needed a good set of grill tongs and the ones i grabbed at the local discount store bent on the first use just moving around some small steaks. These are holding up great however, even used them on a 5lb pork butt!Solid enough for my use, and again comfortable, easy to clean and the easy ability to lock them closed is super nice.

This is a set of 2 Spatula Tongs for cooking and grilling. They are made of metal. One is 9â and the other is 12â. They both have a lock and unlock feature which I like.It has a comfortable grip which is black and the spatula tong itself is silver in color. There is a hanging ring at the end to use to hang dry. It is easy to clean as it is dish washer safe. These can be used in the kitchen or used outside for BBQs too. They are not heavy nor are they lightweight. They are sturdy to use and provide a good grip on your foods.

Love this set of two different sizes of cooking tongs. They’re great for flipping fish, chicken or steak efficiently . Easy to use and clean, with a locking pull tab at the back to keep them closed for storage.

These Balamno tongs are similar to some other tongs that I recently got, but I like these even better.The design on these Balamno tongs are better because it’s the size of two spatulas, instead of the traditional smaller sized tong heads. The larger size head makes it so much easier to flip over large foods like steaks, ribs or fish.This set also offers two sizes, 9″ and 12″ so you can use the size that’ll work best for whatever you’re going to try to flip over. These tongs are also metal, which is better than the plastic material which will eventually melt even though they claim it’s heat resistant.
