Certified Food Grade!
These are great cutting boards. I love them so much I bought six sets and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I’ve been trying to get away from the microplastics that contaminate food with plastic cutting boards. I searched extensively until I found these. They do have a certification that they are truly food grade silicone. They are nice easy to use and heavy and grip well to the counter. They hold up well and so far I’ve had them two months with no knife marks. I use very sharp Henkels pro series knives and so far so good! They’re great because you can flex them to pour the chopped food into your bowl or pan. I’m glad I wasn’t swayed by the poor reviews. I have no idea how those people cut through these without trying really hard to do so. They seem like they’ll last a very long time if you take good care of them. I also toss them in the dishwasher and they do great!

Wow! This is THE one!
I’ve tried many cutting boards over the years, but I have finally found what I think may be the best one out there. It’s silicone, which according to current advice, is the healthiest option. Plastic is now a no-no due to microplastics in air, ocean, everywhere. It’s quite thick, yet flexible. And best of all, I can use my serrated knives, and so far (maybe a month into this), there is no scoring. Or staining from tomatoes, strawberries, beets etc. I found that the green and orange color options were darker and more intense than they appear on the website, but the yellow is actually somewhat paler than pictured and really lovely. I’m very happy to have these cutting boards in my kitchen!

Easy to clean; Easy to Store; Protects knives
I LOVE this cutting board. By far the best board I have ever had. The ONLY thing. you have to be careful about is how you put it in the dishwasher – don’t let it rest on anything else or one side doesn’t clean. Not a huge deal at all. Just need to pay attention. Ordered three more in different sizes

POSITIVES:The cutting board has been durable so far. I like how it is made of silicone instead of plastic. It is a good size and the back has an anti-slip texture that works really well in my use case (stone countertop).NEGATIVE:I wish it had a metal or other stiff core, instead of being purely silicone. It is too floppy as a result, which makes it difficult to wash. Also i can’t hold it one handed as a tray for instance if I’m chopping veggies and want to then turn around and transfer it to a pot on the stove behind me, I must use both hands. However, this issue is not unique to this particular product, as i’ve yet to find a silicone board constructed in this fashion.Also, the material tends to hold onto odors. For example if i’ve recently been cutting garlic, and then cut an apple, then the apples will be slightly garlicky, even though i’ve washed the board with soap between uses.

Very nice!
Very nice silicone cutting board that doesn’t dull knives and after repeated uses over several months time we have yet to see a scratch on it. It is nice having the silicone because it holds up well to daily wear and tear and it can even be cleaned in the dishwasher. Love this thing.

Great cutting mats!
Being concerned about micro plastics I wanted to ditch our plastic cutting boards and felt the silicone style would be better. I was not disappointed as these boards/mats stay in place while using (unlike our plastic ones) and clean up easily. Great product!

I am replacing my wooden cutting board as I was told it harbors bacteria & silicone is the healthier option. I am very pleased with this board. It is good quality and will be perfect for my kitchen. I am, however, not very pleased with the way it was packaged. I found my item on my porch not even wrapped at all. It was like I would buy it from a store with no bag. It only had the plastic wrap that came with the board. That is not a good way to send a product at all. Maybe consider placing in a plastic amazon bag or box???????

They are nice and thick and feel good. But after a couple months of light use they didnât last. The silicone is too soft and we made many deep cuts. Which can be unsanitary. You have to be very careful which defeats the purpose for us. I would not purchase again.
