Sourdough Banana Bread – released from the pan effortlessly – delicious
I purchased this Pampered Chef Load Pan for health reasons – it is made from natural materials with no “Non-Stick” chemicals in it. My first use, a Sourdough discard Banana Bread baked superbly and released without effort. Not bad for a newcomer to baking. Now I will look for other loaves to bake as I was delighted with the result. It shipped from USA to New Zealand quickly and was very well packaged. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

Wonderful bread
I had one like this in another brand years ago. I haven’t tried this one yet but I know it will be just as good. The stoneware bakes evenly and the bottom doesn’t get near as dark. It’s sort of like airbake cookie sheets. I was so happy to find this.
