I use this as a combination spatula/whisk.I was amazed at the high quality (similar to one purchased 27 years earlier – that finally gave out – for $20) though a bit surprised by the smaller size at the time. Now only cooking for 1-2 people – the size is perfect.Flip Salisbury steaks, meatballs for stews, any small browned meats, then add water or stock and use to scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen all of that flavorable fond for the best gravies. Easy to whisk in thickeners. Great tool!
