Good little pan
I got this pan to replace another tamagoyaki pan that i lent out and never got back. I didn’t really have any expectations for this pan because I got it as a last minute replacement but I’ve got to say, this pan is really good. The non-stick quality is better than I expected, when heated and lightly oiled properly, this pan doesn’t really stick. The tamagoyaki does stick a little (that may just be user error) but things like fried eggs (like sunny side up) just lift off the pan. The heat distribution is really good, i haven’t had any hot or cold spots. The durability is also pretty good, even though it has a few scratches caused by metal utensils being used on the pan, the non-stick quality is still pretty good, it only sticks a small bit. Cleaning is a breeze (normally) I just go over the pan with a paper towel to catch excess oil on the pan and in the corners (not necessary but I don’t like the black oil/grease stains on my sponge) and lightly clean using a soapy sponge. One thing that I will emphasize with this pan is do not use cooking spray (like PAM) on it! It will form black crusty-like film that will be really difficult to remove and it will just build up over time. Also, this pan does take some getting used to. In the beginning until you know how to properly heat and oil the pan, your food will probably stick. Be patient, stick to it and keep trying and eventually you’ll get the hang of it. After my 12-inch T-Fall pan, this is one of my favorite pans to use.

Fantastic egg pan
Perfect size for two eggs. Great non stick. Size is nice for camper stove. Deeper than others is a great feature. Sturdy design. Very pleased.

An excellent Tamagoyaki pan!
This may seem small when you see it but it is a perfect size for Tamagoyaki omelets and is well made. A silicone spatula that fits this pan perfectly to roll the omelettes is available on Amazon for only $6.99. This pan is also nonstick. There are many tutorials on YouTube on making different kinds of Tamagoyaki.

Neat little pan for Japanese omelets and other great foods.
Very easy to clean I became a Japanese omelet master in very short order. Pan is heavy guage , very sturdily built and fun to use.

TeChef – Tamagoyaki Japanese Omelette Pan (Medium)
This is the cutest pan! It is new so it is too early to speak to longivity but nothing sticks to it and it is easy to clean. I haven’t tried a Japanese egg roll yet but the medium is the perfect size to fry two eggs. Since it is longer than wide, an egg can fit into each end. The pan also works great for toasting hamburger buns, again one half at each end. Be aware though that the medium is small enough for one or two people but for larger sized cooking the larger size would doubtless work better. The pan is well made and a pretty color. Should the pan become a problem I will update this review since it is so easy to like new items. And I really do like this little purple pan!

My Go-To Pan for Seven Years and Counting!
I snagged this pan almost seven years ago, and it’s been a kitchen MVP ever since. Seriously, it’s blown me away with how well it’s held up â durable, high-performing, and all-around top-notch.The durability? Impressive stuff. Seven years of regular use, and it’s still kicking like it’s brand new. Heats up fast, stays at the perfect temperature â it’s like having a cooking wizard in your hands. And those sides? Just the right height, so no more messy spills, and flipping stuff around is a breeze. This pan’s been putting in work for seven years and isn’t slowing down. It’s practically the heart and soul of my kitchen at this point. Trust me, it’s earned its spot as the kitchen hero.

Good quality pan. Lucky I got the large size as some said it is too small for the smaller size. Sturdy construction and ergonomic. Works perfectly on my gas stove. The Tamagoyaki can be cooked evenly and made the best shape I want.
