I needed a 10″ Springform cake pan for an upcoming cooking class, and decided this set of four pans was a good deal on Prime Day.They are black, slick and have a textured bottom plate. We used the bottom plate to trace a parchment paper liner. I buttered and sugared the pan, and made a Flourless Chocolate Pecan Bourbon Cake in the 10″ pan. The latch was easy to pop, and the cake came out very well.I threw both parts in the dishwasher and they cleaned up fine. I like the fact that all four pans fit together in a box. I look forward to using more of the set in the future.

They arrived 2 days after I ordered them and they’re a pretty good set for the price. I like the color and the size. The only issue is the cookie sheet is a little on the thin side. I will just cover it with aluminum foil, so I’m ð with it. The color is the perfect black and they are dish washer safe. (I tested them.lol)!! Great shade of black, I love them… 4 stars for the thin cookie sheet.

They look exactly as pictured but the quality is a very thin metal. The flat baking sheet came a little bent and when put in the oven it bents more and it makes a loud sound while doing so but goes back to normal after. Overall they all do a good job and what theyâre intended so the price was acceptable. They all get scratched very easily but again it is what I paid for.
