Excellent value for the money!
I wanted something non-toxic but as high quality as possible for my budget. I haven’t had success with Norpro bakeware in the past, for many reasons, so I was nervous to try out another affordable 100% stainless steel option. However, with the consistently awesome reviews I gave it a whirl. I couldn’t be more pleased! It’s MUCH thicker/sturdier than I expected, which was something I was worried about. Clean up is a BREEZE. Seriously. The cooling rack addition allowed for us to make THE tastiest, juiciest, crispiest, drool-worthy bacon I have ever consumed. Yep, seriously. A few times it “popped” in the oven, but that was totally user-error because the pan went straight from sitting on a cold, stainless steel island counter to a 400 degree oven. The times that I set my pan on the stove as it preheats the popping is never an issue. Love this pan, would highly recommend!

Second one, very useful
This is the second pan I have purchased. I wanted a shallow pan with sides. I needed it to fit the oven in the oven in the house that we rent. The measurements are accurate. I wanted it to bake/roast âsheet pan fajitaâ recipes and it did work for that, but I think that oven fajitas make the meat too tough and veggies too soft, not the fault of the pan. Now I use them primarily for cubed, seasoned tofu and also vegetables. I want to be able to make both. Tofu needs some room to crisp up. So now I can use one pan for tofu and one for vegetable. I use parchment paper and my food typically has some oil on it. I have also used only Pam spray. I have used the rack in the oven for frozen chicken tenders. My oven has convection and I use that setting when I use two racks.

It’s perfect for baking chicken. It’s large but still fits in the dishwasher. I think it’s a little high priced but it’s well made. I washed it, used it, then ran it through the dishwasher and it came out fine. It did have some water drop marks on it, I’m assuming from drying on high heat in the dishwasher, but it was clean and I only plan on using it to bake chicken so not a big deal for me. I ordered another one for a bake a lot of chicken at one time and freeze it.
