This sturdy roaster is just the right weight and feel, I roasted a 20 pound turkey (stuffed). From the oven to the stove top to make gravy it did very well. Cleaned up easy, I did give it a spray of avocado oil prior to using it.

The pan is easy to clean and not as heavy as some roasting pans. I used it to roast Christmas eve prime rib and the size and removable rack made it easy to use the pan drippings.

Die Investition hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt!Unser 7,5k Truthahn hat gerade noch genug Platz gehabt und da er nicht mehr direkt auf dem Gemüse liegt wurde auch dieses schön gar und nicht matschig.Erst haben wir den Truthahn so auf dem Gitterbett gehabt, nach 1/3 der Zeit wurde das Gemüse unten dazu gefügt und der Saft schonmal entfernt. Nach weiteren 1/3 der Zeit wurde wieder Saft entnommen und dann mit Folie etc der Hahn schön fertig gebraten.Durch die verschiedenen Lagen konnten wir immer alles kinderleicht auseinander nehmen ohne Teile des Essens zu zerstören.Auch danach ging das Saubermachen sehr gut und jetzt ist er wieder in der Box und wartet auf das nächste Jahr. Wir freuen uns schon sehr ihn wieder raus zu nehmen.Die Qualität des Stahls ist wirklich sehr gut. Sehr robust, stabil und gut verarbeitet, garnicht billig!!Also klare Kaufempfehlung!
