Stainless steel has proven itself to many as the best choice time and time again.Why I like stainless steel and these baking pans, in particular:Stainless steel is non-toxic and durable.The pans are sturdy and heat up evenly and quickly.Unlike darker baking pans, I know my baked goods will be perfectly done, simply by following the basic instructions of a recipe. No adjustments or guesswork is necessary. Iâve found that the darker pans do not bake food evenly. For example, a cake may already be very brown on top, but not done in the middle.Stainless retains heat well.Easy to clean, although I always use parchment paper because that makes pans even easier to clean.I love the substantial size of these sheets, and the fact there are 2 of them. Speeds things up if Iâm baking a lot. I also love how shiny they look!Pans have a generous life time warranty!I regularly use stainless steel pans and bowls that my grandmother used years ago. You would never know they are as old as they are because they still work great, and have maintained their shine.

Heavy and very shiny
Haven’t warped yet, and seem very heavy construction and very shiny surface to prevent sticking. Best of all, no aluminum or coatings to contaminate food.

perfect size
I have a smaller oven that is just 20″ wide inside – and these fit like one of the wire racks. So when doing cookies, I can put two in between my wire racks and do four pans at a time! Love them. Nice heavy quality as well. they haven’t rusted, and still look nice after 2 months of use

Great pan BUT it DOES warp when heated
This was a heavier looking pan that said it wouldnât warp like most sheet pans do when heated. Itâs a significant warp that makes a pretty surprising sound if youâre not expecting it. But overall, itâs a good quality product.

I ordered these after being fed up with “non-stick” carbon steel trays that were always peeling and rusting after a few uses. I consider aluminum options but due to health concerns, opted to go the SS route. I’ve used these a handful of times now for roasting veggies, serving, and baking and am very pleased so far. They arrived with a mirror like finish and have been a breeze to clean. I’ve noticed some minor scratching using brillo pads which may lead to more sticking over time but this is such a better solution than I had before. We had guests over yesterday and even got comments on how nice and professional these trays looked. I noticed other comments regarding warping of the trays in the oven. I have not seen any warping with my trays and suspect that there could be some variation in the manufacturing process. Highly recommend and wish I would have found these sooner.

Seem to be a good quality product, but note what comes is slightly smaller than advertised (19.5âx 13 3/4â). Not a big deal but just be aware if youâre trying to match with other pans/racks.
