These grill trays are exactly what I needed. They are a very heavy metal, I was pleasantly surprised how heavy they are. The thick metal means they will hold up well over the flame and it’s less likely the food will burn. I brush a little olive oil on them before grilling to prevent sticking. They wash up really well too.
