Best stockpot Iâve ever owned
This is, by far, the best stockpot Iâve ever owned. Of course, itâs only the second one Iâve ever owned.
The first one was OK, but had a real issue with food sticking when I wanted it to simmer.
This one, being 12 quarts, is amazingly large, and I can put all of the vegetables I like in it to cook down to make a good pot of stew. Tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, celery, peppers, okra, etc. I use a lot of veggies. I also use about a pound of beef. I like the veggies seasoned in the stew and so therefore I donât think all that meat is important but a little bit of meat is good.
Iâve only had it for a short while, and this is only my first pot of stew in it. But best of all, it cooked cleanly WITHOUT sticking. So easy to clean.
Time will tell if it was worth the rather reasonable price.

Perfect for small batch canning
If you’re new to water bath canning, do small batches, have an electric stove, or any combo of these, buy this pot! This solved all my frustrations with the 20qt stainless pot I was using. It fits 4 pints or 3 quarts. A 9″ round cake cooling rack fits perfectly. The light weight and smaller circumference takes away the worry of being too heavy for glass stovetop, plus I can more easily move it around. It heats up in a fraction of the time of the 20qt SS and appears to have a better rolling boil. Canning is more fun, takes less time, and I don’t have to use SO much water. This is the only smaller circumference pot I found that is tall enough for the inch of water above the jars plus the accommodate the boil.
And it is a very attractive soup or saucepot too. Thanks T-fal!

Good for deep frying
I use it to make fried chicken because I was sick of oil flying around everywhere. Itâs wonderful. Extremely tall. Might not fit into your dishwasher. Non-stick so no annoying scrubbing. Good quality.

Great Pot for the $
The pot is good! For the money it’s great! Heat does not transfer to the handles. The volume is great for what I use it for. I cook my dog’s food in it weekly. Just pile everything in. Boil it, and good to go. The non stick so far has also been a great feature. Sometimes I leave the food on the burner too long. Food is never burnt at the bottom. The lid doesn’t fit without some maneuvering… but again for the cost I wasn’t expecting laser fit.

Space saver
I purchased a new oven, and unhappily realized that though it has more space in the width for the pot, than my old oven, I can’t fit two large 12 qt pots in the depth at once. I purchased this and it solved my problem as it is tall and narrow. As a bonus, it fits nicer in my cabinet too! Great handles and I love the glass cover.
