Toughest pan ever
Cooking regularly I go through pans like potato chips. This pan can take all the abuse thrown at it and come back for more. It cleans in a snap, either hand or dishwasher. Just the right size for each meal. It heats well and doesn’t stick. Costs a little more than others but it’s money well spent.

Very good pan
I’m a home cook and I cook all of our meals. Needed a quality pan that did not stick and did not have chemicals to keep it from sticking. With the right care it will last a long time

Move on. Buy HexClad. Pan not as advertised
Pan is Not non stick! VERY hard to clean and does not heat evenly. It does look nice. I had TFal pans in the past that I have been pleased with. Not these pans. I bought 12â and 10â pans. Same result. Issue is design/material

Have to use non-stick spray
I chose this pan due to the good reviews. I have another brand pan with similar mesh interior that I like very much but was unable to get in the size I needed so I decided to try this T-fal one. First use, coated the pan with butter and made an omelette and it stuck like crazy. I was very unhappy. Second use, I coated it with Pam spray and I had no issues with sticking at all. While I try to limit my use of non-stick sprays, it seems like it is necessary to use with this pan. I also think this pan works better with lower heat settings. It did work well on my induction cook top and on the day the omelette stuck to the pan, it cleaned up very easy.

Better than expected
My wife asked me to buy something to replace her favorite T-Fal Titanium 10″ skillet. She wanted a brand-new nonstick frying pan, but she was also interested in new hybrid technology. Hexclad has a lot of advertising all around, but reviewers share the same opinion that it’s overpriced, plus many of them have concerns about the handle. We decided to give the T-Fal hybrid skillet a try. The overall impression is good. All we need to do is change our cooking habits a little bit. You need to heat it up and use a little more oil to make it nonstick. But it wouldn’t be the same as your regular nonstick pan. The handle is great; it’s long and has a good grip.

Not sold on it
To be fair Ive only used it three times and twice for eggs.. I cooked my eggs with and without butter and got the same results. My egg stuck to the pan like gum on the bottom of your shoe in the summer. It did not want to leave the pan, and part suck to it. ! Iâm not sure what Iâm doing wrong, but I thought this was supposed to be a nonstick. All of my pots and pans are the green brand pans, Iâm used to non-Teflon pans. Maybe this needs more time / practice.

I had high hopes but am returning it
I’ve gone through so many nonstick pans and still had a favorite old T-fal pan that I use for only crepes. Lately I’ve been making a daily egg white omelet, and bought a (green) pan just for it, but found that even with spraying the pan with oil the eggs would stick. The only pan I had luck with was an all-clad but it’s too big of a pan for a small omelet. After watching video demonstrations I thought this Hybrid Hex would be the one for me.My first attempt was just a dry pan and egg whites – just to see what would happen. This was just a failure – the eggs stuck so much I had to scrape them out and fill the pan with some water and boil it to get the stuck parts to release. then I did the same omelet, medium heat, spraying the pan with avocado oil. This wasn’t much more successful – I was able to scrape under the eggs and get some of it out cleanly, but more than half was still stuck. Very disappointing.I think this pan would be great for meat or vegetables, but for eggs it wasn’t for me. I’ve since returned it and just ordered an 8 inch all-clad.
