The look is so attractive that I avoid having to put food from the oven pan to a serving plate – less dishes to wash and it looks nice on the table along side my dishes and pretty enough to take right from oven to a party and set on buffet table. The inside ceramic glaze is also non porous so food does not stick, avoiding extensive scrubbing. Intelligent shipping in layers and all arrived in perfect condition. Iâm writing my update at the top here.Once I posted my review, I was immediately contacted by customer service and given an opportunity to have my issue corrected.They gave me 2 options, and I chose a replacement.My replacement was sent out immediately, of which I received today. Iâm so pleased with the quick response and great service they showed me.Itâs a rare thing these days.I would recommend this product.I boosted my stars from 1 to a 4 because of the customer service.Thanks so much.(See below for original issue)Well, I was cooking at 400 degrees.. when I pulled them out and served dinner, they were cracked all the way through.maybe I missed something somewhere… maybe I got a bad set.After dinner, i examined them, I washed them and put them away. (They also don’t easily come clean and tend to stain fairly easily if this is a concern to you)When I put them away, they were cracked all the way through, but it was holding, and I just wasn’t sure if it was going to stay.. or what. I thought, well.. let’s see what happens.Tonight, when I pulled them out, the biggest one snapped in 3 pieces. The medium one still hasn’t broken, but it is the one shown with the odd cracks in it. It is also broken all the way through. I haven’t placed the small one in a higher heat situation, so it hasn’t given me problems.As I said, maybe it’s just my set, but because of my set, I’ll be passing on buying from this company in the future.
