These work great when I’m working with pizza or bread dough, and I really don’t have much to complain about since they are better than the metal pastry scraper that I used previously. They bend pretty easily, which might be a feature. I think if they were just a bit less flexible they’d be perfect. Overall great item for the price!

They work perfectly doing exactly what they were created to do in the middle ages–scraping dough. But also for clearing your cutting board of whatever I just diced. More importantly, the work super will scraping burned sticky egg residue or of my “non-stick” frying pan.
