These are NOT 1 lb.
These pie weights are small, and are NOT a full lb. They are 15 ounces, not 16 ounces, and some of them have flaws/blemishes. I don’t know yet if they will work well, but if you are a frequent pie-baker you might want to spend the extra money to get better quality pie weights. Since I only bake pies about once a year, I assume they will be good enough, and it was too much trouble to return them.
