The directions I got say you can use this as a floor mat when you get out of the shower. It’s a versatile little stone mat, so I used it as a drying mat under my kitchen strainer. It works well, yet I do wish it had legs to elevate it as it lays flat on the counter, which can make lifting it up to wash underneath it a bit difficult.

pretty design
I think this is a pretty piece and it is nice to have a designated spot to put items as preparing them for putting away. Definitely a competition for space and I found myself not keeping this item in use. A drying board is new to me and I am not sure if using correct.y I find items dry a bit slow. We shall see how continues to be used in the kitchen space from here. Will update this review as this unfolds!

Arrived broken.
Unfortunately this drying mat arrived broken. I have used it on my counter in it’s broken state and it does absorb the water from the draining. However after using it for a while the cute print rubs off, especially if using the sandpaper on a stain. And it stains easily. I have another diatomaceous earth that is not as porous as this one and is quite a bit sturdier. Cute product but ….
