Just about perfect!
I liked the first one so much, I bought a second one! After using 2 of them for canning tomato sauce (processing the voluminous liquids), I decided I still need a 3rd one (2 for the front burners and 1 to use for straining tomatoes and such, so I can stay busy, while 2 pots cook-down).
So, I’ll soon have 3 of them, and they work… Oh, how they work! I pour contents from one to the other as I move the juice/sauce through the various stages of production.
Very even heating across bottom.
Nice pot-edge, so pouring from one pot to another is without any spills or drips.
Measuring guides inside the pot, etched in metal.
Size is as big as my sink can manage; Any larger and I’d not be able to wash it in the kitchen! So, perfect sizing! Further, it is as wide as I want, so it does not overhang the edge of the stove. Overhanging pot can super-heat your countertop, so you must avoid that.
Just the right gauge of metal is used: Light enough to handle and strong enough to not flex under load.
Very easy to clean, inside and out.
Handles are super comfortable and my hot-pads seem to grip these embossed handles very securely.
More on build-quality:
Rivets are full stainless steel. They are not stainless steel caps over aluminum rivets (which is a cheap and unreliable design, whenever used in competitor products). These Bakken Swiss rivets will never corrode. You will notice that when making the pots, the stainless steel rivets, being so much harder than aluminum, required a much greater force to stamp them into correct shape. That action caused a very slight ‘dimple’ in the pot walls (only noticeable to an engineer, like myself): Proof that the rivets are super strong. This only confirms my happiness with the excellent build quality.
I highly recommend this pot brand to anyone who wants to buy and not have to replace them later.

Luxury Looks With Great Value, Cooks Great!
Well, I received this stockpot and was very pleasantly surprised to see how it looks even more luxurious in person. On the practical side, it’s a great value for the $$ for the quality you get. Cooking with it was a pleasure. It’s thick bottom distributes the heat evenly on my electric stove. The stockpot is by no means heavy in it’s entirety, the bottom just has the right amount of thickness to get the job done. Would I buy it again? Definitely, without a doubt.
