The shelf itself is fine. However – all pieces are covered in a shipping âwrapâ it was extremely hard to get off . I ordered 2 shelves and spent an hour per shelf with a heat gun removing the wrap. Makes for some raw fingers .

Packaging is horribly difficult to open.
As with so much of the Chinese-made junk sold by Amazon, this was packaged so tightly that it took me an hour to open the first of the two I purchased. While it looks quite sturdy in the on-line photos, it is flimsy, covered with a white protective sheeting that is very difficult to remove without marring the product, and it’s just another disappointing order from Amazon. I won’t bother trying to open the 2nd package and will return them both to Amazon.
