I have a Cuisinart set of knives in a wood block and the steak knives that I got with this set are just not my thing. I prefer steak knives that are serrated all the way from tip to handle and my current ones were not. I searched as much as I could to try to find a set of steak knives that would match the other Parts of the set. Looking at Cuisinart sets, they just didnât look right and didnât seem like they would match. So I spotted this set and said what the hell and got them. Worst case scenario, I could return them if they didnât work out. They matched almost perfectly to my current set. These things are super sharp and they look great. Iâm a chef so Iâm pretty particular about any knives that come into my house. I am super impressed with these so far. Great price for what I received And I would be glad to use these knives and this brand again.

The blades are sturdy and don’t flex when cutting and they cut great.
We tried a cheaper set and donated it to Goodwill. The Aiheal blades are thicker and don’t bend when cutting. They are very sharp and clean up easily.
