These knives are a joy to use! Incredibly sharp, they cut smoothy through anything and feel good and solid in the hand. This is truly a thing of beauty! The grip is perfect. I’ve only run these through the dishwasher a few times. Time will tell if they hold up without developing rust spots.

Newest update: the new knives have rust spots too. The first batch, with highly serated edge rust quickly, company gave me second batch, one on right, not as much rust as serated edge, but these too have developed tiny rust spots. Still knives are heavy, tough, and very very sharp! Maybe the problem is in who is supplying the metal? Update: company contacted me and want to send me new knives to see if these rust. I hadn’t given bad rating so this does me that they stand behind their products. I’ll update after i receive and try out…. old review: Heavy. They rust. Some spots have appeared, sturdy quality
