Sharp, Shapely and to the point!
I bought two eight-piece sets of the EIUBUIE Premium Stainless Steel Steak Knife Set with One-piece Structure because my old steak knives were falling apart at the rivets. I looked for a set with one-piece structure because the riveted handles break or start to rust at the rivets over time. I am delighted with these steak knives. They are pleasant to look at, very sharp and will stand the test of time well!

We had previously ordered another set by a different company and were disappointed in them. These here are much nicer and have a good feel. The teeth are sharp, but not too aggressive. They also are a very close match to our everyday silverware. Would highly recommend them!

Not the Sharpest Steak Knives I’ve Used
Steak knives should make cutting steak very easy. That’s their job. These knives are mediocre at cutting steak, specifically grilled strip steaks which are not tough steaks. I’m fine with serrated blades, but these knives are more like using a saw. I’ve used better.To the knives’ credit, they are attractive, they’re made well, and they are perfect for cleaning in the dishwasher. They feel nice in the hand, and they have a simple elegance in their design.Would I recommend them? If looks are what is important to you, then yes. If cutting a steak is what is important to you, then no; keep looking.
