Stand up well to household use
We picked these because they’re about a half inch longer than a lot of the other ones we looked at. Good knives. Not particularly weighty or fancy, they’re just standard serrated steak knives, but great for the price. We have three teenagers, they run our knives through the dishwasher and throw them in the silverware drawer. These have stayed sharp and have not spotted or rusted at all.

Update on March 4, 2024: my Wizeka knives look and perform like the day I got them! No rust spots or any other stains anywhere on the knives. They are still as sharp as the day I got them and I throw them in the dishwasher along with everything else… no special handling.These knives feel very nice in my hand. Some reviewers said they did not like how light these feel. But I really do like the weight of these knives – they’re not heavy but not too light for me either. They feel really good in my hand and if you are an index finger cutter these are perfect for that (see pic) I’ve tried cutting meat, tomatoes and other kinds of foods and these are very sharp and they cut very cleanly and very easily through anything I’ve tried so far. As to durability and how well they wear, I will come back here and update if I have any issues with them.

Stop Obessing and Just Get These
There are just way too many choices! Yes, you can look at the ratings and read all the reviews, but with an item like this, you just don’t know until you actually feel it in your hand and use it for while. These knives are well-made, lightweight, very sharp, and most importantly (at least to us) they are easy to hold. The handle has an area that’s a little thicker which makes grasping it easier and feels great in your hand. The flattened part of the handle just before the beginning of the blade is great for thumb placement and stabilization. (And if you should happen to disagree after you get them, Amazon’s Free Return policy applies!) So stop obsessing and just get these. I’m pretty sure you’ll like them as much as we do.
