This instruction card honestly taught me a lot of tips on how to keep you knives as if new and well maintained.Second, test time, I tested them on some fruits, and wow, they cut without a single effort. They are very lightweight and very very sharp, so be careful when you unbox them and use them.I totally recommend them, not only for steak, but for your daily cooking tasks.

At the time of this review, these 4 steak knifes are listed for $14.99. That’s the price of one decent knife, so there is some good value here.The length from the handle is 4-3/16″. There’s a slight texture on the handle, but it’s still far to smooth for my liking.Unfortunately, I casually tested the flexibility of the blade, and it shattered at the tang, with less than 10 lbs. of side pressure. To be clear, I would not recommend using these knives for anything other than slicing food products. Don’t use it to open bottles, tin cans or pry corks.Nevertheless, I do have full confidence these knives will cut steaks for years.

Sharper than my previous Bill.F knives, I really like the composite handle
These are nice generic steak knives. I didn’t expect to like the composite handles, but actually do. They have a nice texture and are easy to hold onto even when wet, unlike some of my other knives (including other Bill.F knives).The logo on the side is attractively done, and they are well balanced in your hand.I was expecting to need to sharpen these a little based on a previous set of Bill.F knives I ordered, but didn’t need to. As you can see in the small video, they easily cut a tomato with zero difficulty (after washing the knife and tomato!).Recommended.

Sharp and Great Value
Tested them against my older steak knives and they clearly are better. The stainless steel ensures they wonât rust and the fit well in my hand. The handle is sleek but not slippery and the black is half serrated and half smooth – sharp. A set of 4 knives for the price is great value and I see these lasting for years. These are dishwater safe and feel light I my hand. See my video on slicing apples to see they are very sharp!
