Arrived scratched on top and inside
I’m a bit bummed. This just arrived and in perfect time for a cup of tea; however, when I opened it, I found scratches on top and inside the kettle. Inside ones can be hidden but the scratches on the lid are pretty noticeable.

Purchased this kettle in early 2021 and use it almost every day. It has yet to have any issues and boils the water quickly. Itâs easy to direct the stream where you want it which is perfect for a chemex.

It broke in less than 2 months too expensive
Unfortunately, this electric kettle broke. The button at the top stopped working and got stuck. We could not open the top as it was latched tight and would not release because the top and bottom was stuck. My husband had to pry it open with a screwdriver even though we like that it has a stainless steel interior, the price is too high for the quality of it not lasting!
