I’ve been looking for a spatula that is stainless steel with a flexible spatula that will bend to get under the food I am cooking in a pan (like eggs in a fry pan). The small one is for most fry pans & cookie sheets, the big one is for big fry pans.Strong stainless steel blades should last a long time.Not really for lifting anything extremely heavy (like a whole 2 pound chicken).Dishwasher safe, time will tell how long the handles will last (”stay tuned”)Handles provide a good slightly ”sticky” grip, but if your hands have trouble gripping, you may want larger, more ergonomic handles.I’m not sure how much they may scratch surfaces, but the edges are NOT sharp, so any wear to pans would happen slowly over time. Probably good for ceramic pans, but not good for old-school teflon.

Although thick spatulas have their place I rarely need one. I love the thinness of this spatula. Slides right under most foods easily. For use flipping food that are light in weight, although works great on an average size hamburger pattie. Great quality.
