Durable Double-Sided Cutting Board
After my venerable ergonomic white plastic cutting board had an unfortunate close encounter with a lit stove iron burner guard, I’ve been wanting a new board and thought I’d check this one out.As others have mentioned, this sucker is HEAVY. One side has a stainless steel cutting surface — suggested for cutting meats — with the other side plastic, recommended for cutting fruits and veggies.Both sides have a handy little moat around the edges that captures any juice squirting out during cutting.At first I thought, “what an uncomfortable handle this thing has,” until I realized that the black plastic part of the handle was actually a piece protecting the steel handle, and I threw it out.Well, yes, the instructions that came with the board are written in Chinese — NO English or other languages!Now, the $64,000 question: does the stainless steel side blunt the edges of steel knives? I am guessing yes, but as I generally sharpen my large meat knife before every use, I hope I will never receive a definitive answer to this question in the affirmative…Last but not least, the current $26 price seems reasonable for the handsome design and fine construction quality of the double-sided board.All in all, I give this board two thumbs up — one for each side — but I will report back if anything occurs to change my mind…

Sturdy, Versatile, and Easy to Clean
I didn’t know I needed a stainless steel cutting board until I started using this one, and now it’s basically my go-to. The double-sided design is super practical—steel on one side for meat, and a plastic side for fruits and veggies. Both sides have these little grooves around the edges that catch any stray juices, which is such a lifesaver for cleanup. It’s definitely on the heavier side, but that just makes it feel extra sturdy. I also really like the handle; it’s simple but makes moving it around a breeze.It’s holding up really well so far, though my knives have left some marks on the steel side. Honestly, that’s just part of the deal with cutting boards, right? I haven’t noticed any dulling of my knives, but I sharpen them pretty often anyway, so no complaints there. I appreciate that I can just toss it in the dishwasher after I’m done. It’s super easy to clean, and I feel like it’s a lot more hygienic than wood. Overall, it’s solid, functional, and worth every penny.

Very nice cutting board – so far.
I’ve been using this for a few weeks, and so far, so good, It’s got a great weight to it, and the size is fine for most cutting jobs. It cleans up easily. My knives are leaving scars on the steel, but it is a cutting board. However, the jury is out on if it may start to rust at some point after prolonged use. If it does, I’ll come back and amend this review.

It’s fine for the price
This dual-sided cutting board does its job and there are no major complaints. The quality seems fair for the price point (about $28 with a 40% off coupon at this time) and can satisfy people looking for stainless steel while still having a plastic wide they may be more used to.Personally would have preferred a dual-sided steel board, but it’s common to have one of each. The handle gives it a sleek look which is nice as well.I have a more expensive stainless steel cutting board which definitely is more durable and feels higher quality, but it comes at the cost difference I guess. This one doesn’t feel like it’s high enough quality to be a gift like my other one. It also comes packaged with instructions in Chinese facing outwards so if you wanted to give it as a gift, you’d probably need to take it out of its packaging to do so. Not scratch resistant either.
