I do follow the care instructions and use it several times a week.I have a couple name brands and Compared to the big names in cookware this one stands up to them.I am enjoy using this pan and the see through lid is useful and a joy to use.This pan I think is a great value and think it does a great job.If you get it – just follow the care instructions. I do hand wash the pan and the lid. Then I wipe it down and store it. BUT if left on stove top it is shiny and pretty and adds a nice touch when cooking.
