Each spoon/cup are marked w/ standard American measures, as well as in milliliters. The spoons/cups include 1/8 & 3/4 tsp and 1/8, 2/3 & 3/4 cup sizes, along with all the common sizes. So if you need 1.5 cups of flour for a recipe, you can use the 1 cup vessel and then use the same cup for the .5 cup on the inside of it. Genius. Convenient. Perfect.
