This whisk is such a great idea. I really love how it spins on just a little protrusion at the end of it and the whisk is designed to whirl around the point up on its offset little wires there. You can see in the video I made of an egg getting beaten, that you only need to apply and up and down motion and the contents get whisked together quickly, and without that liquid spilling up and out of the cup or bowl. It seemed like it was a good thing I had a measuring cup with high walls though, beacause I think I might’ve had egg on my shirt if the sides were any shorter. This whisk has a fragility to it though, mostly in the handle. It feels slightly rickety, but I think that’s part of what makes it work well: it’s not tightly connected to anything. It just was so easy to whirl, whirl, whirl my eggs together and then wash off in the sink, and plop it into the dishwasher. I really enjoyed using it and later I used it again to make enchilada sauce, not with the whirling mechanism, but just whipping it around myself. It worked well as a spinner and a hand-mixed whirl.

This tool does the job if you need to mix something and donât neee the large mixer. Makes cleanup easier!
