This is sheet metal not chopping board
This is not a chopping board, it is a sheet metal cut in that shape. It slides all over the place creating safety hazard. Vegetables slide over it.It definitely needs serrations on the top and some rubber on the bottom to hold it in place.Would return it!!!

We havenât used wood in years, we switched to plastic cutting boards. We have learned that the plastic actually goes into your food so getting these steel ones has been wonderful. They easily fit into the cupboard, they are nice and thin. My daughter thought they would make a horrible noise as you cut down, haha, they do not. I highly recommend them, it was our most useful Christmas gift of the season. How did we ever use anything else? Get em guys! Btw-I do not get paid for this review, just an honest opinion.

Not easy to use
I wanted to switch from plastic and wood cutting boards to something else, so tried these. I found these boards hard to use. They are heavy, the edges are kind of rough and sharp and knives leave tons of scratches. My best knife had to be sharpened after using these boards once. They are not user friendly due to their weight and the edges. My friend who is a chef said no one in his restaurants use stainless steel…they all use solid hardwood. I returned them. Back to wood for me.

I dislike that they are so flat. Makes them harder to pick up from your surface. But. I like the idea of stainless steel over wooden or plastic cutting boards where food and odour can stay deep in the cutting boards. I think this is most sanitary
