I think it’s a great idea you’re not getting plastic pieces chopped up with your food and great solution to try to prevent microplastic consumption I would recommend it’s well made

High Quality Cutting Board
I bought this cutting board right before Thanksgiving looking for one with stainless steel. I am impressed at the quality or it! Easy to clean, and fits the niche I was hoping for. Good price compared to others at this quality.

Great for ‘regular’ use!
This arrived well packaged with no issues. There were no cracks with the plastic and no dents in the stainless steel side and is a nice easy size to hide away or hang on the inside of your cabinets. The colour is a nice blue that is not harsh or ugly. It has rounded corners and grip feet on both sides so there won’t be an issue with slippage and it only weighs 1.5 lbs. There are channels along the edges to catch those drippy messes and apparently this is also FDA approved.Myself, I prefer using wood and I sharpen my knives every time I use them because at night I’m also secretly a Ninja but I wanted to see what would happen on this stainless steel board.Does it dull my knives more? Yes. But I cook 3 different meals every night so I am using my knives more than most and using my cutting boards more than most. However, this would probably be fine for regular non Ninja’s or those that are the ‘kitchen sink eaters’ or the ‘air fryer eaters’ who only occasionally use a cutting board.The wheat side of the board was not the same as using wood but I didn’t really see any issue with this. It was just a bit softer which is NOT a problem if you have sharp knives like I do. The included ‘grater’ was sufficient.Overall: there are a lot of reviews on this weighing the pros and cons and the thing is, if you are a heavy user of bacon, porterhouse, t-bone, filet, wings, legs, breasts etc… its probably not your premium option BUT if you’re just a regular home user its a great choice.Would I purchase this as a gift for someone else who is a regular home cook? Certainly.Its actually a great board to teach cooking skills with which is what I will use to teach the other Ninjas.

Healthier cutting board alternative
I was looking for a better solution than using a wooden cutting board or a plastic one. This one does have plastic on one side but I like the stainless steel side. Yes, it’ll scratch but that’s just what happens. At least it’s more sanitary and easy to clean. I like that it is surrounded in a rubbery edge so it doesn’t slip around on the counter. I did test the back side of the cutting board and I gotta say it does seem pretty scratch resistant. I may or may not use that side. We’ll see.

This is a nice size for meal prep. The backside of the cutting board is rubber and keeps it in place. Washes easily.

Great Multi-Use Cutting Board
I’ve never had a multi-use cutting board and I’m enjoying using this one. The stainless steel side can be used for cutting meat and the other side can be used for chopping produce. I’ve used my cutting board multiple times and even washed it in the dishwasher and the quality is great!

It’s Better than Cutting Into Your Countertop
This is a cutting board; you can cut stuff on it. I don’t mean to sound unappreciative but it’s a cutting board. The produce cutting side is soft, possibly too soft?, that my first time cutting vegetables left permanent cuts in the board of respectable depth, like 1/32″. The stainless steel side for cutting meats is a nice to-have for slicing, but keep in mind that steel on steel usually creates dulling so this option is great if you don’t mind sharpening your knives regularly.The overall board thickness and sturdiness shows quality. That’s good. I also like that both sides of the board offer rubber feet to help resist sliding no matter which side your cutting on. I also like that the meat cutting surface is sunk in, and the produce cutting surface offers a trough in order to catch the juices.As for the garlic “grater”, it may be better labeled as the garlic pulverizer . If you like utterly mincing and mashing your garlic into pure pulp then this garlic “grater” will grate your way to happiness.Overall, this seems like a good enough cutting board–maybe not quite for a near-$30 price tag, but will suffice for less. Based on quality in structure I feel this board will last and fulfill it’s duty for quite some time when hand-washed; you’ll have to read other reviews to see if/how well it will stand up to a dishwasher machine.If you’re in the market for a new board and/or are bored of cutting through your countertop, and if you’re looking to purchase synthetic (not wood), then I think this product is worth considering.
