Very very sharp – work great
These work great, but man they are sharp! Watch it when you get close to the end of whatever it is you are grating. I shredded my knuckle on one of them and had to throw out what I was shredding and start over…..! But other than that they work great and the storage container they come in sits nicely on the counter. Good product.

Thereâs not enough surface area to really let loose and do some serious grating. They might be okay for someone with smaller hands, or for teaching a child how to cook. Iâll return the set or give it away.The quality of construction is not bad. I was looking for something that was all stainless steel – i.e. no plastic parts that will eventually fail. These graters would have been great if they were a little wider and longer. TWSS. (Apologies for the pun.)
