Nest, nice and fit in narrower jars
These are my favorite measuring spoons. If you are trying to decide about a set with or without a leveler, my advice is don’t bother with the leveler. These fit in narrower jars than most sets. Sturdy and went through the dishwasher great (if it has to be handwashed, I donate it.)

These arrived in 3 days, record time to Hawaii. In the last 9 years, as a senior, I have developed shaky hands. Getting liquids or spices into measuring spoons has become a time-wasting and challenging experience. Often, I have to call my husband to do it because the shaking causes me to spill liquids or throw dried spices all over the counter. But all my measuring spoons were round and the teaspoon and tablespoon didn’t fit inside the smaller spice jars which made it more difficult because I had to pour the spices in instead of scooping from within the jar. These are a game changer. Their rectangular shape fits right into the smaller spice bottles and the sharper square sides assist in helping me shake off the excess without spilling it all over, or shaking it all out and having to start over again. I am more than thrilled with these measuring spoons. They are very pretty, quality stainless steel and they are weighty, which helps me stabilize the shaking a little bit. I love that there is a 3/4 tsp, (never had a set with that measurement included) and that there is both standard and metric measurements on the handle. Really great value, convenience, quality and design. I highly recommend these. I will never use anything but stainless steel, rectangular measuring spoons again…they saved me and made cooking more fun, again!

AN AMAZING PRODUCT! I’D GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD.
I am rarely impressed with items made in China, but these are outstanding. I have to say I’m 200% pleased! The set weighs an impressive 185 grams and is comparable in weight and design to my finest stainless steel cookware. They are highly polished and feel fabulous in hand, plus of course the shape makes them so much more useful for measuring things from small jars. They’re so sturdy I think you could use them as heavy duty tools in a work shop. And in a high-end kitchen shop you would easily pay three times as much. Now I’ve gone back to Spring Chef and put a set of their measuring cups on my shopping list. Judging from their listed weight and the photos, they’ll be as major an addition to my kitchen as the spoons. If you’re looking at other brands, I can’t imagine you’d do as well anywhere else.

Too much packaging
I would have given these spoons five stars if not the for amazing amount of plastic wrap they come in. Even though the spoons are all held together on a ring, each spoon was sealed in its own little plastic bag! Had to cut the top off each bag at the top, with the ring in the way, in order to slide the bags off the spoons. Other than that, they look well made, the measuring markings are easy to read and engraved on each spoon so they will stay easy to read, the spoons are narrow enough to fit into most spice jars, and they are comfortable, not awkward, to hold. If all the extra plastic bags don’t bother you, then buy these.

These are excellent for measuring dry ingredients, and I especially appreciate the 1/2 tablespoon measure. They all fit into even my smallest spice jars. I use these for most of my measuring. For measuring thick wet ingredients, like mayonnaise, these are not as good because of the corners. For ingredients like that I prefer my old round measuring spoons. These can be made to work well with mayonnaise-like ingredients if you dip them in oil first, the mayo will slip right out, but it’s not as good a technique as using a round spoon.The spoons are made of thick metal and will last a lifetime. They are of high quality. The set comes with an excellent leveler, and with a high quality easy-to-operate ring clip that holds the set together. I keep mine spoon side up in a cup that makes the spoons easy to reach for and use.

These feel solid in your hand. They fit into spice jars because of their design. The only drawback is there isn’t a 1/2 tablespoon measuring spoon – minor drawback. They fit together nicely for storage in my drawer. Would recommend.

I am so happy with these spoons. I searched for a long time to find value for money. These are it. I use them every day. They fit into the narrowest spice jars, making it so easy now to measure out the exact amount. No more trying to shake out the spices onto measuring spoons. I’ve washed them in the dishwasher and also by hand. They’re still shiny bright as they day I got them.I removed the ring as I don’t see the need to have all the spoons dangling when I’m trying to measure something. They all sit perfectly nested in my drawer. The only suggestion I would make, is to add a 1/2 tablespoon spoon to the set. Seriously, I wish I had just bought them a year ago when I first started looking at them.

A straight edge is provided with the set for this purpose, though the back of any knife or the straight portion of another spoon’s handle within this set would do fine. The straight edge also has two inches marked out (in tenths??)… for sizing or spacing out your cookies, I guess.The markings on the spoons are clear, larger than most, and are stamped into the metal rather than painted on or lightly etched; so these are not going to fade away.The narrow rectangular bowls are great for narrow container openings like spice jars. The sizes go down to 1/8″, which is missing from many other sets but is used in some recipes.According to at least one cooking website review I’ve seen, this set is fairly accurate.The spoons nest together with the straight edge laying atop them, held together by a circular binder clip. I’ve substituted a #3 Nite-Ize slide lock carabiner for slightly easier access.
