It works for my needs. Sturdy enough.
I bought the version without the additional shelf. I set the one shelf a level lower than the design, and placed the vertical panel above it for taller rear support behind whatever I place on this upper shelf. Obviously I am not using the intended knife storage function with my putting that panel in this different location. While I can see the design allows another shelf and I would prefer to have it in general, I purchased a plastic storage organizer with bins that sits on the first shelf and fills the space below the upper shelfâgiving me more storage options than just a small second shelf would. I am content with my purchase, but I still think the price is a bit high (reason for four stars).

A Little confusing, but does what it should
**Pay attention to the description and photo online**I ordered this hoping it would help to clean up some of my extra spice containers so they’d quit falling over all the time. That has happened, but there were some issues on the way.When I opened and unpacked the box, I was happy to see that it came with everything, including an hex key for the bolts. It was very easy to assemble, but as I got to the end, suddenly I was missing the top. After what seemed forever (partly out of frustration) I realized the rack actually was only a 2-tier rack and there is no top. The instructions and pictures in the instructions are deceptive – leading you to think there’s a top when there isn’t. Problem solved!It goes together very quickly. With the help of the provided hex key, it took less than 20 minutes to put together. It seems rather sturdy, and the shelves are adjustable using hooks and slots. I haven’t been able to test the weight limit on the shelves, but if they will indeed hold what it says it seems difficult to believe that you’d ever reach it.The knife block is, well… weird. It’s simply a strip of metal that hooks on like the shelves. It’s going to be hidden behind what you put on the shelf, so the exact purpose of it eludes me. Still, I use it to keep my small bottles from falling through the back. That’s about the only reason I can see to have it.

I like that the tiers are adjustable depending on the sizes of spice bottles and jars. The second tier has a knife rack for safe storage. The tiers are removable for easy cleaning. Space saving, neatly sorts, organizes, stores, items in the kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, shelves, pantry, etc. Easy Installation. Good value. Disappointed.
I ordered the “Spice Rack Organizer, 2-Tier Height-Adjustable Kitchen Countertop Spice Storage Organizer Shelf, Metal Rust-Proof Standing Large Spice Racks with Guardrail & Knife Block for Kitchen Cabinet” for review.Once I received the package I was excited to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow however I was disappointed to find that according to the instructions and images posted on Amazon, it was missing an extra shelf. I understand that in the description it states “2 tier” however in images and in the instructions that I received, I showed 3 total shelves. I built the organizer with the parts I received anyway and noticed that the second shelf seemed to be off (not level). I thought maybe I did something wrong however when I took the whole thing apart to compare the side braces, I noticed that there is nearly 1/2 inch difference in length between the two side supports as shown in the image I have posted. This was quite disappointing. Not only did the organizer not come with a third shelf, it was shipped with incorrectly matched side supports. I could forgive the missing 3rd shelf, but the wrong sized side supports makes this unit unusable. This is unfortunate. Other than these issues, the material quality itself seems good and could look very nice.

Decent quality, sturdy 2 tier rack
This is a two (2) tier rack, not three. The listing states this, but I think some people are confused by the instructions. They provide easy to understand instructions with color photos, but it shows this same rack with an extra tier. At first, you think a tier is missing, but they just don’t have separate instructions for the 2 tier. They’re the same, basically, and assemble the same way. Assembly is easy, taking about 10 minutes. They include a little screwdriver rod and all hardware, plus a couple extra pieces. The metal is thick and sturdy, and the assembled rack measures 15.7 x 16 x 6.4 inches. There are screws on the bottom front that are the front feet, but they stick up into the bottom rack space a bit. The knife guard piece is slightly too long and curves forward or backward, but not much. We’re going to use it in one of our kitchen cabinets to store canned/jarred food, and it will be very useful to organize the stacked mess it is right now. Overall, I recommend this rack. The top shelf and knife guard are easily adjustable without needing tools, and it makes a good space saver.

Great little spice storage rack and very easy to assemble.I put it together in minutes it’s sturdy yet lightweight.The best feature is the adjustable top shelf. You have multiple different slots to put the top shelf in.That is really nice yet unusual for these smaller organizers.
