Gamechanger! (for slicing bread)
My wife is in to making sourdough bread. We had other bread knives, but to showcase her artisan skills, I bought this knife for her. The slices are so even, because the blades are so sharp. Works well with soft bread
If you can’t wait for your bread to cool before slicing then you will want this knife. If you have really crusty bread or your bread burned on the bottom, this knife is not the best for that. Useable, but takes some effort.It is best with a light crust and/or soft bread. It is more safe to use than a regular bread knife as it would be difficult to cut your fingers/hand with this knife.
