Great crusty loaf slicer
My daughter makes sourdough and crusty loaves. In the past, it’s been difficult to slice the bread, even trying different serrated knives, the tops and bottoms are hard to slice. This blade slices so nicely, not difficult at all. So smooth!! Great product.

Great for sourdough bread !
This knife is a game changer to cut sourdough bread! I have another sharp bread knife, but it seemed like I had to press down so hard to get it to cut through the crusty sourdough. But this knife works like a dream and can cut thick or thin slices without squashing the loaf.

Where are knives for lefties?
I really like this product, and it is a great knife. I bought it for the ease of removing the blade and flipping the blade, so I could use the knife left handed. I did switch the blade, and I can cut with the knife. However, because the handle is designed to be higher than the blade, now the handle is below the blade. This hinders the cutting ability because my hand hits the counter before I am done cutting. Do you have a product that a lefthander could use, and the handle will still be higher than the blade. Thank you.

Life changer
I got this bread knife specifically for my sourdough because that stuff is tough to cut. Itâs amazing. Much better slices, and more slices. Super sharp. Love that it comes with an extra blade and blade covers too.

It did say to use caution. The packaging did warn that it was very sharp. And I can say for a fact that it cuts like a dozen knives, even into my finger as I was putting the guard back on the knife. So be careful. As far as it’s real purpose, it cuts bread like a dream. Good slicing.

Amazing bread slicer
We get evenly sliced bread now. The blade is great and have an extra blade for the future. No need for those slicing grid things that take up space. This takes up just a little more than the average knife space.
