Perfect for the River!
I bought this to sharpen my filet knives while I’m on the river. The first time I went out to the river I took out the sharpener and ran my blade through it 10 times and with the first cut you could tell the sharpness was ELITE! My hands were pretty wet as well and the grip was great and I was able to maintain it without cutting myself! It’s a nice small compact sharpener that is easily portable, just throw it in your tackle bag and go!

Good tool for a great price

I’ve used many of Smith branded knife sharpener’s and they all are decent for the price. While this one doesn’t include the serration sharpener, it’s okay for $10. I have yet to try this one but the other one I lost worked great. Just make sure you use the ceramic/white fine side.
