Sturdy Perfect Small Racks
I was happy to find these smaller racks for my roasting pans. The regular cake racks were too big to be useful. The listed dimensions arenât exactly accurate, as I measure them they are 8-3/4â L by 6-1/4â W. They fit my pans with room around all edges. They are also extremely sturdy, I doubt there will be any warping, even at a higher oven temperature. Clean up was also easy, a light pre soak and simple rub off with a sponge, and into the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend them.
