These are the first time that I have found an adequate replacement of my old silicone-backed thin, light chopping board. I may even like these better as they are a little bigger and have more than just chicken, beef, poultry, fish, and veggie mats. Very reasonable, work great and are easy to clean.

Fantastic cutting mats
This is the third set I’ve bought because I give them as gifts. I absolutely adore these. They’re all labelled for different things, fruit, poultry, fish, etc. They are light but don’t skid across the counter, and they go in the bottom shelf of the dishwasher. I’ll keep buying these, they’re wonderful.

Easy to cut through, curls up in dishwaser
Pros:- flexible- multicolored- easy to handle and maneuverCons:- material is thin and fairly easy to cut through with a sharp knife- semi-dishwasher safe; starts curling after only a few cycles in the dishwasher- backing is only non-slip if the mat is flat, which is a problem after the board starts curling- the mats tend to “travel” if you are cutting (vs. slicing)Summary:These mats are fine for light-duty use (e.g. cutting soft veggies, grating cheese, etc.) and will really only hold up if you hand-wash them. I don’t recommend these in place of a heavy-duty wooden cutting board where you are cutting meat or heavy items. Definitely buy a thicker mat if you intend to put them in the dishwasher.
