Bought this as our very first ground coffee and loose tea maker. It is a one cup machine.Used it for several weeks and loved it. The tea option was a delightful bonus and works really well.I like that it takes up very little space on the counter.It is a single cup machine, if you need to fill a large 32oz cup in the morning, to take to work, you need to make x2 cups. The hot is VERY hot. We only use the ‘Bold’ setting.The height under the spout does not allow me to put my cup under. I needed to purchase one that fit.After the coffee finishes pouring out into your our cup, you need to leave your cup under the spout or switch with another cup, as it drips for at least a minute.I also take this with me when I go on assignments for 2 weeks.Cleaning is very simple and easy.Great little machine for our needs.

Decent
It does what it should, it’s a little annoying having to measure out the exact amount of water that you need because it brews until the reservoir is empty. It isn’t great for iced coffee because it waters it down but it works for hot coffee.Decent price nothing fancy so you get what you pay for.

Despues de un mes dejo de funcionar, no sella y no hace el cafe, es de mala calidad, pero lo peor es el soporte postventa de amazon, me piden que devuelva el articulo y pague el envio de retorno y debo esperar 30 dias para un rembolso, adiconal ninguna de las oficinas postales cerca a mi me reciben el paqute por que dicen que debo ir a una oficina cental de dhl, pasarex u otro, llevo 3 dias intentando devovler el articulo, mi tiempo, gasolina y parqueadero perdido, amazon tiene un servicio al cliente perverso, si yo demuestro que la maquina no sirve como se ve en el video, devuelvan mi dinero no abusen de los clientes, con todo respeto yo compro en aliexpress y el soporte postventa de ellos es totalmente superior, en maximo 7 dias despues de demostrar el problema me devuelven mi dinero, me salio mas cara esta cafetera que cualquiera pero en amazon dudo que vuelva a comprar algo, sus agentes son groseros ademas de todo, pesima experiencia
