Excellent for mini muffins!
I really like this silicone mini muffin tray. Worked really well and the banana nut muffins came out with nothing sticking. Looking through the reviews and people saying that it is flimsy kind of blows my mind. It’s made of silicone, it’s going to be flimsy. It serves its purpose well though. Fits perfectly into my French door countertop oven. When I filled up each cavity with the muffin batter I had it on top of the wire rack for the oven and on the countertop. That way it wasn’t flimsy putting it into the oven. Just lifted the wire rack up and slid it in. Highly recommend.

Used these this afternoon to make a bunch of apple cinnamon muffins. I don’t know what’s taken me so long to get on the silicone band wagon but I wish I had sooner. These were so easy to use and to clean after! I used cupcake liners and the muffins popped out so easy. I hand washed them because I don’t know about putting them in the dishwasher(I think you can though) and it was a breeze to hand-wash and dry these. Would buy again and again! No funny smell to the silicone either.

This is the first silicone baking item I have ever used. I wasn’t sure if you need to put the little paper liners in, so the first time using these, I did. Everything baked well.Due to reading the reviews prior to purchasing, I knew I needed to put the muffin pan on a baking sheet in order to stay put. I did try to pick one up after filling it, but it was very flimsy and would probably spill on just a plain oven rack.The next time, I used a little bit of cooking spray, but no liners. Everything baked well this time, too, and the cupcakes were easy to remove. Cleanup was easy, since they can go on the top rack in the dishwasher. Even when I used them without cooking spray and just putting the batter straight in, the muffins/cupcakes came out easily and everything cleaned up well.Love the bright red color, too.I would definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for silicone muffin pans. Just remember to put them on a baking sheet prior to filling.

I think you’ll need to use these in a conventional muffin tray
This is a good product and easy to clean. It solved my problem of the muffins becoming one with the paper baking cups. But once I filled the cups with batter, I was unable to transfer the silicone pan to the oven. It’s silicone, and floppy. No matter how I supported the bottom, batter flowed over the top and into the adjoining cup. I slipped the silicone pan into a conventional metal one and it fit perfectly. The outer edges of the muffins looked a little too toasty because of the uneven transference of heat, but everything was fine. Just need a little practice to find the optimum baking time with this setup.

I really like these muffin pans. Everything pops right out of them. They bake very well. The only down fall is trying to put them in the oven you need support like a cookie sheet because they are not sturdy alone.
