Goodbye muffin tins! Tried this out for the first time making egg bites and the bites popped out with ease.It is a standard size and the recipe filled it perfectly with no over spill. I placed the pan on a baking sheet then filled the cups with batter. It also made it easy to load into and out of the oven. The outer rim is metal so it was a learning curve popping the bites out of a hot pan. A breeze to wash!

First, the coloring is so cute. It’s like confetti. But i really like these silicone pans. It’s able to hold it’s shape because of the structure around the sides, but the cups themselves are silicone, so you can push them in and pop out your treats as needed. It’s the best of both worlds, actually.
