Best to still use cupcake liners
The metal frame makes this silicone pan sturdy. Egg bites/crust less quiche come out easily and in tact. Muffins and cupcakes come out but you have to treat them gingerly to remove them from the wells of the pan to keep them from sticking or breaking. It would probably be better to still use cupcake papers.

This muffin pan is surprisingly alright. I had big concerns upon using it when I received it as I really didn’t know what I had ordered obviously, and I almost didn’t consider to attempt to use it. It seemed so flimsy and unstructured to sit onto an oven rack, I could visualize all the batter running out into the oven and it be nothing but a big mess. I had to try them at least and pass on my opinion. I wanted more muffin pans and I particularly wanted to try the silicone type. I wouldn’t say they are better than the metal pans they are much better than I expected at first, they are something to know about now and use when I want muffins the size the pans are. I guess the wire frame must help a great deal in maintaining a pan shape for durability. Batter does stick to the material, I didn’t think it would, that’s a negative for me. It is nice to have more pans for when I may need them. Thank you.

Such a great silicone mold. I have been wanting one of these for a while so when I saw this I jumped on it. I love the way this one is made. The muffin slits are silicone but the sides are sort of rigid so it is easy to pick up and not having it be flimsy and all the batter falling off. You also don’t need to put it on another baking sheet it can go directly in the oven like that. It is super easy to demold them, they come out so easily and nothing sticks to them. It is nice that the molds won’t get damaged with the temperature, scratches or with residues that just stick and won’t come off. I am very happy with this product and the price point of 24.97$ is also very reasonable for a good quality product.
